The Syrian British Medical Society (SBMS) was founded on the 7th July 2007 by a group of British medical professionals of Syrian heritage. SBMS is a non-profit, non-political organization embracing all health care professionals of Syrian heritage, residing in the UK with their training and progression as well as to support Syrian healthcare professions in Syria and in the diaspora.
